We can create a customized web-based on-line appointment schedule for your chair massage event!

• Secure, Private/Confidential on-line scheduling.
• A customized private Link to the schedule is embedded in an email and broadcast by the Site Contact to all the participants, announcing the chair massage event and encouraging them to sign up.
• Participants schedule their appointments from any computer/device connected to the internet.
• Easy registration and login/sign-up procedures for each participant.
• Email AND Text Confirmation of every appointment is sent to each participant.
• Participants can post appointments to their personal calendars with a few clicks of the mouse.
• Appointment Reminder Email is sent to each participant the morning of the event.
• Appointment Reminder Text is sent about one hour before each appointment.
• Participants can easily cancel/reschedule appointments via links embedded in every Email/Text notification without having to log in!
• Email/Text notifications are also sent to confirm every cancelled and/or rescheduled appointment.
• Automated Waiting List feature!
• Site Contact Admin can view each therapist’s schedule via a separate log in.
• Price: $35.00 per event (including multi-day events within one calendar month) or $35.00 per month for regularly recurring monthly service.

PLEASE NOTE:  Orders are confirmed within 24 hours from the moment they are initiated.  However, ability to fill orders is dependent upon therapists’ availability.  Therefore, the farther in advance you place your order, the more guarantee you have that we will be able to fill it.
