Earlier this week an elderly gentleman received a chair massage from me inside the Barton Springs Car Wash in Austin. He and his wife were from out of town visiting their daughter. He signed up for 20 minutes. I gave him my standard highly choreographed acupressure-style 20-minute routine, addressing his shoulders, back, arms, hands, neck and scalp. After his massage he said he had received hundreds of chair massages, and that I had just given him the best chair massage he ever had. I asked him what made it the best. To which he responded that is was very thorough.
